Founded in 2006 by William Germani, Germani Insurance traces its origin to a remarkable journey of transformation. A former gemologist and jeweler in Lebanon, William designed high-end diamond jewelry for elite clients across Europe and the Gulf. When war broke out in 2006, he made the life-altering decision to move his family to the United States. 

After discovering the U.S. jewelry market wasn’t viable, William pivoted into the insurance industry. He began with Mutual of Omaha and, shortly after, launched his own firm—Germani Insurance Services. 

Today, Germani Insurance is recognized as one of California’s most progressive independent agencies, serving clients across the country. With over 90 years of combined industry experience, our team of 10 professionals—led by William, Gina Germani, and Rafic Hissen—specializes in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance and Employee Benefits.
